Full Refund Before the Session

If you cannot make it and have not accessed the recording or materials, write to hello@storyhug.ai before the session for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@storyhug.ai before your scheduled session.
• Include the name and date of the workshop you registered for, and the email you used to book.
• Once we confirm you have not accessed the recording or materials, we process your full refund to the original payment method.

After the Session Starts

Once the session has started, or once you have accessed the recording or materials, that content has been delivered, so we are not able to offer a refund.
